IRONMAN 4×4 provides three main roller-drawer configurations for the Land Cruiser 200 Series.

Full Height – Slide Top

The Full Height 4×4 Drawer Kit with Slide Top includes:

• 1 × Full Height 950 mm Fixed Top Drawer
• 1 × Full Height 950 mm Sliding Top Drawer
• 1 × LC200-specific Wing Kit

The sliding-top drawer is designed for mounting a fridge, storage boxes or other heavier equipment and is rated to 100 kg when fully extended.

Mixed Height – LHS Slide

The Mixed Height LHS Slide configuration combines a full-height drawer with a mid-height sliding-top drawer.

This configuration is useful where you want a combination of:

• Secure full-height storage
• Accessible sliding-top storage
• Space for a fridge or storage box
• Additional usable cargo-area space

Mixed Height – RHS Slide

The Mixed Height RHS Slide configuration includes:

• 1 × Full Height 950 mm Fixed Top Drawer

Aluminium Construction

IRONMAN’s current Roller Drawer System uses a combination of 6051-T5 and diecast aluminium, designed to reduce unnecessary drawer-system weight while maintaining a robust storage solution.

IRONMAN states that the aluminium system is approximately 20–25% lighter than a comparable twin full-height steel drawer system.

This can be particularly useful on an LC200 touring or overlanding build where the vehicle may already be carrying passengers, recovery equipment, camping gear, water, fuel and other accessories.

Full-Extension Roller Drawers

The IRONMAN drawer system uses a heavy-duty roller-bearing slide system for smooth full-extension operation.

The lock-out mechanism helps keep the drawer extended when the vehicle is parked or operating on an incline, reducing the chance of the drawer moving or closing unexpectedly.

Sliding-Top Drawer

The sliding-top configuration provides a practical platform for mounting:

• Fridges
• Storage boxes

• Other heavy touring gear

The current IRONMAN specification rates the sliding-top drawer to 100 kg when fully extended.

Important: The 100 kg figure is a component rating for the sliding-top drawer and is not the payload rating of the Toyota Land Cruiser 200.

T-Slot Channels & Anchors

T-slot channels run along the drawers, providing flexible mounting and tie-down points.

This allows you to secure equipment such as:

Integrated LED Lighting

Integrated LED strip lighting runs inside the drawers, providing illumination when accessing your equipment at night or in low-light conditions.

Lockable Storage

IRONMAN’s full-height drawers feature security locks to help keep stored equipment secure.

The LC200 drawer configurations include a vehicle-specific wing kit designed to integrate the drawer system into the rear cargo area.

IRONMAN’s current roller-drawer system information identifies the full-height drawer load rating as 120 kg per drawer, with a 240 kg combined rating for two full-height drawers. The sliding-top is rated to 100 kg when fully extended.

IMPORTANT: These are drawer-system component ratings and must not be confused with the Toyota Land Cruiser 200’s vehicle payload or axle-load limits.
