This Viper system is specified for the Hilux 3.0 D4D / Hilux 2.5 108kW application and is NOT suitable for the 77kW motor.

76mm Turbo-Back Design
The larger 76mm exhaust diameter provides a less restrictive path for exhaust gases compared with the factory system.
By replacing the original exhaust with a larger free-flowing system from the turbo back, the Viper system is designed to improve exhaust flow and help the turbo-diesel engine operate more efficiently.

Additional underbody equipment can affect:
