Upgrade your Ford Raptor Next Gen V6 with the Viper Performance Exhaust System, designed to improve exhaust flow and give your Raptor a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while maintaining a vehicle-specific fitment.
The Viper system is available in front and rear sections, allowing the exhaust to be upgraded from the front section through to the rear twin-tailpipe configuration.

Front & Rear Exhaust Sections
The Viper system consists of two main sections:
Front Section
The front section runs from the front exhaust connection to just before the middle section of the vehicle.
This section allows the front portion of the factory exhaust system to be replaced with a Viper performance section, helping to improve exhaust flow through the front part of the system.
Rear Section
The rear section continues from the middle/rear portion of the exhaust system and includes the twin-tailpipe configuration.
The rear section is designed to provide the Raptor with a stronger exhaust note and a more aggressive rear-end appearance while maintaining the correct vehicle-specific routing.
The front and rear sections can therefore be supplied as part of the Viper exhaust system, depending on the customer’s selected configuration.

Viper Performance Exhaust systems are developed with exhaust flow and performance in mind.

Please note: The Viper system includes a front section running to just before the middle of the vehicle, as well as the rear twin-tailpipe section. Confirm the required section/configuration when requesting a quotation.
Existing Aftermarket Exhaust
If your Raptor already has an aftermarket exhaust system, please advise HJM Offroad before ordering. If your vehicle already has an aftermarket exhaust, please specify the brand and configuration in the order notes when requesting a quotation or placing an order.
Aftermarket Fuel Tanks & Underbody Accessories
If your Raptor has an aftermarket fuel tank, auxiliary tank or other underbody accessories, please specify this when requesting a quotation.
Additional modifications may affect exhaust routing, clearance and fitment.
The Viper system is not limited to the rear section. A front exhaust section is also available, running from the front connection to just before the middle section of the vehicle.
