Ford Ranger Raptor Next Gen 2023+ 3.0 V6 DeGraaf Performance Exhaust System

Upgrade your Ford Ranger Raptor Next Gen 3.0 V6 with a DeGraaf Performance Exhaust System, engineered to improve exhaust flow, reduce restriction and enhance the aggressive character of the Raptor’s twin-turbo V6 engine.

The system offers two selectable upgrade options, allowing customers to choose the configuration that best suits their vehicle and desired sound level.

OPTION 1 – DECAT DOWNPIPE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM

The DeGraaf Decat Downpipe Performance System is designed to replace the factory downpipes and remove the restrictive catalytic converter section.

By reducing this restriction, the system is designed to improve exhaust gas flow and reduce heat buildup around the turbochargers, providing a performance-focused foundation for the Raptor 3.0 V6.

The system can be installed without requiring an ECU tune, although additional tuning can be considered in the future for customers looking to further optimise the vehicle’s performance.

IMPORTANT – SOUND LEVEL NOTICE

Removing the factory downpipes will result in a significant increase in exhaust sound.

The Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 will produce a much louder and more aggressive exhaust note, particularly during:

• Cold starts
• Acceleration
• Hard driving
• Under load
• Higher engine speeds

While many enthusiasts enjoy the enhanced V6 sound, the increased noise level may not be suitable for every driver’s preference or intended use.

Customer Acknowledgement

By choosing to install aftermarket/decat downpipes, the customer acknowledges and accepts the resulting increase in exhaust noise.

The customer understands that replacing the factory downpipes can substantially change the vehicle’s exhaust sound and acoustic characteristics.

DeGraaf Exhausts and HJM Offroad cannot be held responsible for, or accept liability regarding, increased sound levels resulting from the removal or replacement of the factory downpipes.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected exhaust configuration is suitable for their intended use and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

OPTION 2 – 76/90mm TAILPIPES

Upgrade the rear of your Ford Ranger Raptor Next Gen with the DeGraaf 76/90mm Performance Tailpipes.

Designed for a premium finish and aggressive appearance, these tailpipes enhance the visual presence of the Raptor while providing the distinctive DeGraaf exhaust styling.

Performance-Focused Design

The DeGraaf downpipe system is designed to remove the restrictive catalytic-converter section from the factory exhaust configuration.

By opening up the exhaust flow directly after the turbochargers, the system is designed to:

• Improve exhaust gas flow
• Reduce exhaust restriction
• Reduce heat buildup around the turbochargers
• Improve the performance potential of the exhaust system
• Provide a stronger and more aggressive exhaust character
• Create a suitable foundation for future tuning

Actual performance results will vary depending on the vehicle, ECU calibration, intake system, fuel quality and other modifications.

No specific horsepower, torque or fuel-consumption increase should be considered guaranteed without vehicle-specific testing.

The system is designed around the Next Generation Raptor’s 3.0 V6 twin-turbo platform.

Existing Aftermarket Exhaust

If the vehicle already has an aftermarket exhaust or downpipes, please provide the brand and exact configuration before ordering.

Existing modifications may affect compatibility and which DeGraaf components are required.

Aftermarket Fuel Tanks & Underbody Equipment

If the vehicle is fitted with an aftermarket fuel tank, auxiliary tank or other underbody equipment, this must be disclosed before fitment.

Additional underbody equipment can affect:

• Exhaust routing
• Exhaust clearance
• Heat clearance
• Fuel-tank clearance
• Chassis clearance
• Suspension clearance

Fitment compatibility must be confirmed before installation.

Important: Removing factory catalytic converters and modifying the original emissions system may affect the vehicle’s emissions compliance, roadworthiness and legality depending on the applicable regulations.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any exhaust modification fitted to the vehicle is legally permitted for its intended use.
